BTS Articles, Questions, figures and practitioner observations explain live production. They are educational context, not a complete technical specification for your event.

Requirements, responsibilities and methods vary by production. Check current manufacturer documentation, venue requirements and the agreed scope before applying information to a show. Our Editorial Policy explains how evidence and experience are presented.

Professional judgement and safety

Website information does not replace a production-specific assessment or qualified specialists. Rigging, electrical systems, structural loads and other safety-critical matters require appropriate competent professionals and relevant venue or statutory approvals.

Do not treat simplified figures or equipment discussions as permission to build or operate a system without the necessary checks.

The Brief Builder

The Builder organises your information into a supplier-neutral brief. It does not design the production, recommend equipment, issue a quotation or confirm readiness.

Review the PDF before sharing it. Unknowns and unassigned responsibilities need to be resolved with the people delivering the event. Using the tool does not oblige you to engage Vinay or any supplier.

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Keep your own copy of important information; browser storage can be cleared or become unavailable.

Professional enquiries

A production enquiry starts a conversation. Sending it or receiving an acknowledgement does not confirm availability, fees, scope or an engagement.

Professional engagements require separately agreed scope and commercial terms. The website does not assign responsibility for your production.

Content and reuse

BTS text, artwork and figures are protected by rights applicable to their creators. Linking to and sharing canonical page URLs is welcome. Do not present BTS material as your own or imply BTS endorsement.

For republication, adaptation or commercial reuse beyond existing permissions or uses allowed by law, request permission through the About page form. Third-party material and trademarks remain subject to their own rights.

Contributions and responsible use

Submit only material you are entitled to share. Do not send confidential client information, personal details about others or copyrighted material without appropriate permission. Submission does not guarantee publication or transfer ownership.

Do not send spam, impersonate others, bypass access controls or deliberately disrupt services. Rate and payload limits protect forms and document generation.

Corrections, links and changes

Information can change and mistakes can occur. Report errors through the challenge or correction pathway, identifying the page and issue.

External links provide context, not a guarantee of accuracy or availability. Features and content may be updated; the date above identifies this page’s latest revision.
